Deacon Mike Suden was born Dec.17, 1941, and grew up in the Jewish faith in Los Angeles, CA. He enrolled as an undergraduate at UCLA, and later graduated from St Louis University School of Dentistry in 1966. Deacon Mike served 2 yrs. in the US Army, one year in Vietnam. He and his wife Mary Elaine moved to NY for a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery. They moved to St. Louis in 1971, to begin a private practice in OMFS. In 1971 he was appointed an associate professor of OMFS at Washington University School of Dental Medicine. In 1983 he was baptized into the Catholic faith at the Church of the Annunziata in Ladue, MO. Ten years later he entered the diaconate formation and was ordained in 1997. Since he is bilingual, he was assigned to St. Bridget's in Pacific in 2004 and has served since. With the new transition, Michael now gladly serves St. Bridget's,.
